Three of the island's most famous chefs discuss the current boom in its gastronomy.
Three young but experienced chefs with restaurants in Lanzarote will discuss the current status of the local cuisine. They are João Faraco (Coentro, Puerto Calero), Gonzalo Calzadilla (Isla de Lobos, Playa Blanca) and Jonay Perdomo (El Risco, Farama), three chefs with different culinary personalities, but the same goal of quality.
